欧拉羊血清酯酶多态性及其与血液指标的联系

摘　　要：采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法对100只欧拉羊的血清酯酶(ES)多态性的特征进行了研究,同时比较了不同ES型欧拉羊的15项血液指标。结果发现:①欧拉羊的ES位点有ESA和ESa两种表型而呈现多态性;②ES表型受一对等位基因ESA和ESa的控制,ESA对ESa呈显性,其基因频率分别为0.5490和0.4510;③欧拉羊ES位点的基因杂合度、有效等位基因数和基因均质度指数分别为0.4935、1.9744和0.0129;④不同ES型欧拉羊15项血液指标没有显著性差异。100 Oula sheep were used to investigate the polymorphism characters of serum esterase （ES） by means ofpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in vertical plate and to compare the 15 blood indexes of the Oula sheep with different ES phenotypes. The results were as follows ：①There were two phenotypes including ES A and ES a on the ES locus of Oula sheep showing the polymorphism. ②ES phenotypes were controlled by a pair alleles of ES^A and ES^a alleles was dominated to allele and the frequencies of ES^a and ES^A were 0. 5490 and 0. 4510, respectively. ③The gene heterogeneity,the effective number of alleles and the gene homogeneity index on the ES focus of Oula sheep were 0.4935,1. 9744 and 0.0129 ,respectively. ④There was not the significant difference between 15 blood indexes in Oula sheep with different ES phenotypes.
