摘　　要：通过阐述城市医疗救助费用控制的研究现状,指出城市医疗救助费用控制研究存在的问题:缺乏系统的研究、没有提出适宜的控费模式和路径选择。针对目前的研究现状,从医疗救助本身、社会结构、卫生资源配置等方面阐明城市医疗救助费用控制的紧迫性和现实意义;从研究目的、研究内容和研究方法方面进行展望。By describing the current situation, the problems in urban medical assistance cost control are pointed out： the lack of systematic research, and no suitable control model and routing choice. Its urgency and practical significance are demonstrated by illustrating the social structure, ageing, medical aid and other aspects. The future research purpose, content and methods are expected.
