摘　　要：介绍了无线控制逆变焊机系统的组成和工作原理。系统采用ADUC812单片机为核心控制焊机和显示面板的工作,以TMS320VC5402的DSP芯片设计了遥控器,通过蓝牙模块实现数据的无线传输。通过试验证明,无线逆变焊机在遥控器的控制下可以实现焊接参数、焊接时序和焊接方式的设置。The paper introduces components and principle of inverter welding machine which is controlled wirelessly.The system uses ADUC812 to control welding machine and display panel.Remote controller is designed with TMS320VC5402.Transferring data wirelessly between remote controller and welding machine is through Bluetooth module.According the test,welding parameters of the inverter welding machine can be controlled by remote controller such as welding current, welding model and welding sequence.
