摘 要:目的研究木犀科木犀属植物日香桂干燥花的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱法分离纯化单体化合物,通过波谱鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定出9个化合物为类叶升麻苷(I),Ligustroside(Ⅱ),10-acetoxyligustroside(Ⅲ),齐敦果酸(Ⅳa),乌苏酸(Ⅳb),ursolaldehyde(Ⅴ),dammara-23-en-3B,25-diol(VI),olean-12-en-3p,27-diol(Ⅶ)和α-O-十六碳烷酰基-β-O-(9Z-十八碳烯酰基)-α’-O-十六碳烷酰基甘油酯(Ⅷ)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中得到;化合物V-Ⅷ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Osmanthus fragrans Rixianggui: METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis. RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as aeteoside (Ⅰ ) , ligustroside ( Ⅱ ) , 10 - acetoxyli- gustroside (Ⅲ), oleanolic acid (IVa), ursolic acid (Ⅳb), ursolaldehyde ( Ⅴ), dammara - 23 - en - 3β, 25 - diol (Ⅵ), olcan - 12 - en - 313, 27 - diol ( Ⅶ), α - O - palmitoyl -β - O - ( 9Z - oeta - decaenoyl ) - α'- O - palmitoyl glycerol (Ⅷ). CONCLUSION All compounds from this plant and compounds Ⅴ-Ⅷ from this genus were isolated for the first time.
