摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定十四味羚牛角丸中的羟基红花黄色素A。方法色谱柱用Zorbax Eclipse×DB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(27:73:0.05);流速1m.lmin-1;柱温为25℃;检测波长403nm。结果线性方程为:Y=2.545×103X-21.641(r=0.9999)。供试品在0.15～1.50μg范围内有良好的线性关系。回收率为98.9%,RSD=2.05%。结论所建方法操作简便、精确度高、可靠性强,可作为十四味羚牛角丸制剂质量控制的标准。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hydroxy safflower yellow A in Shisiwei Lingniujiao pills （ a Tibet Traditional patent medicine）. METHODS The column was Zorbax Eclipse x DB - C18 （250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）. The mobile phase was methanol -water- phosphoric acid （27 ： 73 ： 0.05 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml. min-1. The temperature was 25 ℃. The detective wavelength was 403 nm. RESULTS Y = 2544. 5X - 21. 641 （r = 0. 9999）. The linearity range was 0. 15 - 1.50 μg with recovery of 98.9% and RSD was 2.04%. CONCLUSION The method is accurate, reliable and specific and can be used for quality control of Shisiwei lingniujiao pills.
