薄层色谱法鉴别芦竹根药材中的生物碱

摘　　要：目的建立一种可以同时鉴别芦竹根药材中多种生物碱类成分的方法。方法以芦竹辛和芦竹胺为对照品,采用薄层色谱法。结果芦竹根药材薄层色谱图中,各主要生物碱类成分斑点圆整、清晰、分离度好。结论所建方法专属性强,重复性和耐用性好,为芦竹根药材的定性鉴别提供了有效的方法。OBJECTIVE To establish a new TLC method for identification of some active components alkaloids in Rhizoma Arundo donax L. METHODS Rhizoma Arundo donax L. was identified by the thin layer chromatography with donasine and arundamine as the control substances. RESULTS In the thin - layer chromatogram of Rhizoma Arundo donax L. , the spots of the main alkaloids were round, clear, and well separated. CONCLUSION The method was specific, reproducible and reliable, and was an effective method for the qualification of Rhizome Arundo donax L.
