摘 要:[目的]为了解细小病毒B19在山东鲁西地区人群中的感染情况,以控制其传染。[方法]用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测人细小病毒B19感染,用卡方检验统计分析献血员感染率和孕妇感染率,检验其有无显著性差异。[结果]检测300名献血员,有19例人细小病毒B19感染阳性,阳性率为6.33%;献血员人细小病毒B19感染率和孕妇感染率比较差异不显著。[结论]山东鲁西地区献血员人细小病毒B19有一定感染率,所以有必要对献血员血液进行人细小病毒B19的筛查。献血员和孕妇人细小病毒B19感染率虽然无差异,但都有一定感染率,所以对孕妇人细小病毒B19感染亦应引起重视。[ Objective] To investigate the infective status of Human Parvovirus B19 in Luxi region of Shandong in order to prevent its infection. [Methods] Human Parvovirus B19 was detected by FQ-PCR, and then ehi square test was used to analyze the infection rates of the blood donators and the pregnant woman. [ Results] Among 300 blood donators, 19 people were detected to be positive with the rate of 6.33%. There was no significant difference between the infection rates of the blood donators and the pregnant woman. [Conclusion] We should screen the infection of Human Parvovirus B19 in the blood donators because of its certain infection rate in Luxi region of Shandong. Although no significant difference is not found between the blood donators and the pregnant woman, there are some infection rates, so the the infection status of pregnant woman should be emphasized.
