摘　　要：对会议电视系统中包括Ａ／Ｄ变换、亮色分离及格式转换在内的ＣＩＦ数字视频电路的实现提出一种改进的实现方案。该方案经调试取得成功，不仅大大缩小了原来系统的体积，且工作可靠，性能稳定。In this paper a modified implementation scheme is proposed for the CIF digital video circuitry in conferencing television system,including A/D conversion,luminance/chrominance separation and format conversion.The scheme is successful after its alignment.The size of the original system is very much reduced,and the scheme provides reliable operation and stable performance.
