摘 要:[目的]及时掌握石家庄市人群流脑抗体水平,制订流脑控制策略。[方法]利用酶联免疫法对栾城县、新乐市114名2~15岁儿童进行了A群、C群流脑抗体水平的测定。[结果]两群抗体滴度水平差异有统计学意义;各年龄组没有差别;两个地区没有差别;不同性别没有差别。[结论]把接种A+C群流脑多糖疫苗纳入计划免疫,并提高接种率,是控制流脑流行的重要手段。[ Objective] To study the antibody level of children against meningoeoccus in Shijiazhuang City in time for further control program against epidemic eerebrospinal meningitis. [Methods] 114 children aged 2-15 in Xinle and Luancheng were tested. Their blood samples were carried out A antibody titers and C antibody titers tests against meningoeoccus by ELISA . [ Results] The difference between A antibody level and C antibody level was significant, while there were no differences between other indices such as age, gender and location. [ Conclusion] It is an important way of inoculating group A +C meningococeal polysaceharide vaccine into planned vaccination and raising vaccination rates to control the epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis.
