生存分析法在外来儿童免疫预防接种评价中的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价外来儿童免疫预防接种现状。[方法]采用生存分析的方法评价外来儿童免疫预防接种数据。[结果]外来儿童口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗、白百破联合疫苗、麻疹疫苗基础免疫及时率分别为(38.03±1.27)%、(34.85±1.26)%和(46.71±1.38)%,乙肝疫苗首针及时率为(44.06±1.28)%,外来儿童流行性脑脊髓膜炎疫苗基础免疫18月龄及时率为(52.40±1.59)%,乙型脑炎疫苗基础免疫24月龄及时率为(63.25±1.69)%,风疹、流行性腮腺炎疫苗基础免疫24月龄及时率分别为(29.19±1.73)%和(29.95±1.73)%。[结论]接种延迟是外来儿童免疫预防接种中存在的重要问题;生存分析是一种评价疫苗接种及时性的有效方法。[ Objective] To assess the floating children＇ vaccination： [ Methods] Survival analysis methods were applied to evaluate data from a vaccination survey among the floating children born from Jan. 1, 2000 to Jun. 30, 2005. [Results] By age 5 months, （38.03±1.27） % of floating children were Vaccinated with the third dose of oral polio vaccine （OPV3）. By age 6 months, （34.85 ±1.26） % of floating children were vaccinated with the third dose of diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus （DPT3）. By age 9 months, （46.71±1.38） % of floating children were vaccinated with the first dose of measles vaccine （MV）. By age 25 hours, （44.06±1.28） % of floating children were vaccinated with the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine （HBV）, By age 19 months, （52.40±1.59） % of floating children were vaccinated with the first dose of meningococcal menin- gitis vaccine. By age 25 months, （63.25±1.69） % of floating children were vaccinated with the first dose of type-B encephalitis vaccine. By age 25 months, （29.19±1.73） % of floating children were vaccinated with the first dose of rubella vaccine. By age 25 months, （29.95±1.73） % of floating children were vaccinated with the first dose of mumps vaccine. [ Conclusion There are delayed vaccination problems in floating children＇ vaccination. Survival analysis methods are helpful to assess floating children＇ vaccination.
