摘  要:[目的]建立应激适应的整体动物模型,为研究应激适应的分子机制奠定基础。[方法]利用持续束缚建立应激适应模型,高效液相检测血浆儿茶酚胺;放射免疫法检测血浆皮质醇换算成皮质酮含量,Nagarolsen染色法观察心肌病理变化。[结果]适应组大鼠经过应激后,血浆糖皮质激素、儿茶酚胺的分泌水平,血浆LDH、a-HBDH、CK-MB活性显著低于应激组;Nagarolsen染色和电镜结果表明:适应大鼠应激后,心肌损伤明显弱于应激组。[结论]建立了适应动物模型,适应能够降低应激所造成的心肌损伤。[Objective] To establish a whole animal model of stress adaptation, and to form foundation on studying the molecule mechanisms of stress adaptation. [Methods] Stress adaptation was established by repeated restraint. The plasma levels of monoamine neurotransmitters were analyzed by HPLC-ECD techniques; the content of plasma eortieesterone was evaluated by radioactivity immunoassay; the myocardial pathological change was invest/gated by Nagar-Olsen's techniques. [ Results] Compared with the stress group, the plasma levels of monoamine neurotransmitters and cortieosterone in adaptation rats after stress were significantly decreased, and the plasma LDH, a-HBDH, CK-MB activities were also significantly decreased. Nagar olsen staining and electron microscope observation confirmed myocardial damage of stress rats was attenuated by adaptation. [Conclusion] An adaptation rat model is established, and adaptation can attenuate the myocardial damage caused by stress.
