摘　　要：[目的]了解基层医院院内感染常见病原菌分布及其阴性杆菌对抗生素的耐药性和敏感性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。[方法]对某院微生物实验室2007年全年的阳性报告进行回顾性调查分析。[结果]洛菲不动杆菌对氨曲南、大肠埃希氏菌对头孢西叮的耐药率达到100%;铜绿假单胞菌对呋喃坦啶、妥布霉素和复方新诺明的耐药率达到100%;肺炎克雷伯菌和斯氏假单胞菌对20种抗生素的耐药率都不超过50%;大肠埃希氏菌对阿莫西林(棒酸)、头孢他啶、呋喃坦啶、哌拉西林(他唑巴坦)、头孢哌酮(舒巴坦)和亚胺培南的敏感率超过50%;5种杆菌对亚胺培南敏感率均达90%以上。[结论]定期进行临床分离菌药敏的监测,做到有目的的用药是临床合理使用抗菌药物的关键。[Objective] To investigate the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance and sensitivity of negative bacillus, so as to provide the reference and the foundation for clinical application of drugs. [Methods] Retrospective study was performed to research masculine bacillus in the microbiology laboratories of a hospital in 2007. [ Results]The drug resistance rate of Acinetobacter lwoffi to aztreonam was 100.0%, and the drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli to Cefoxitin was 100.0% , as well as the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Dantafur, Tobramicin and Bactrim was 100.0%. The resistance rates of Klebsiella pneumonia and Pseudomonas stanieri to 20 antibiotics were less than 50.0%. The drug susceptibilities of Escherichia coli to amoxicillin （CA）, ceftazidime, dantafur, piperacillin （tazobactam）, cefoperazone （sulbactam） and imipenem surpassed 50.0%. susceptibilities of imipenem to the five types of bacillus was above 90.0%. [Conclusion] To monitor the drug susceptibilities of bacillus periodically, and to ensure the purposive uhilization of drug are important for rational utilization of drug.
