重庆市2003～2007年麻疹疫苗和脊灰疫苗效价结果监测分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)和脊灰疫苗(OPV)的效价在我市冷链系统各环节中的变化,评价我市计免冷链系统及麻疹疫苗和脊灰疫苗管理质量。[方法]于2003～2007年对MV和OPV效价进行常规跟踪监测,在冷链不同环节共检测麻疹疫苗65份,脊灰疫苗64份。[结果]麻疹疫苗效价均值为(3.51±0.53)log TCID50/0.1ml,脊灰疫苗效价均值为(6.06±0.30)log TCID50/ml,麻疹疫苗质量总合格率达96.92%(合格滴度为≥2.51og TCID50/0.1m1),脊灰疫苗质量总合格率为96.88%(合格滴度为≥5.7log TCID50/ml),本中心冷库麻疹疫苗、脊灰疫苗平均滴度与各级监测点相比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=4.459,P=0.108;χ2=1.898,P=0.387)。[结论]我市在麻疹疫苗和脊灰疫苗贮存、运输、接种等各环节冷链系统管理总体良好。[Objective ] To investigate the changing of the live attenuated measles vaccine and polio vaccine in cold chain system, and to assess the management quality of cold chin system and measles vaccine （MV） and oral poho vaccine （OPV） in Chongqing. [ Methods] 65 MV and 64 OPV samples were collected and tested during the routine monitoring the valency of MV and OPV in the different links of the cold chain from 2003 to 2007. [ Results] The average titer of MV was 3.51±0.53 logTCID50/0.1ml and 96.92% of the vaccines reached the qualified liter with the qualified liter above 2：5 logTCID50/0.1ml. The average titer of OPV was 6.06±0.30 log TCID50/0.1ml and 96.88% of the vaccines reached the qualified liter with the titer above 5.7 logTCID50/0.1ml. There was no significant difference between the average titer of MV and OPV in the cold storehouse of our center and in the vaccinating place （X^2 = 4.459; P = 0.108; X^2= 1.898, P = 0.387）. [Conclusion] The cold chain system during storage, transportation and vaccination are well managed in chongqing.
