摘　　要：江苏—福建高等教育学会2008年学术年会围绕"改革开放30年与建设高教强省"开展了学术研讨。180多位代表提交了142篇论文,就改革开放30年高等教育取得的辉煌成就、建设高教强国背景下做强省一级高等教育、"高教强省"的内涵与特征、建设高教强省的战略选择以及面临的问题与对策等进行了深入研讨,对加快由高教大省迈向高教强省的步伐、深化高等教育改革具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。The Academic Institute of Higher Education of Jiangsu-Fujian Province in 2008 carry out academic discussions around ＂30 years of reform and opening up and constructing a powerful higher education of province＂. More than 180 representative submitted 142 papers on the reform and opening up 30 years of the brilliant achievements of higher education, the connotation and countermeasures of constructing powerful higher education at the provincial level under the background, and the strategic choice of construct the powerful province and the problems and countermeasures, it has an important theoretical and practical significance to speed up the largest higher education into the higher education of the powerful province and the deepening reform of higher education.
