摘  要:氟胺草酯是由日本住友化学公司开发的酞酰亚胺类超高效除草剂,适用于防除大豆、玉米等作物田的杂草.在传统工艺路线的基础上,以对氟苯酚为原料,经过氯化、醚化、硝化、还原、缩合五步反应得到高效除草剂氟胺草酯,产品总收率达到33%,含量95%.产品及其中间体结构均通过元素分析1、H NMR,MS和IR确证.As one kind of tetrahydrophthalimide herbicides with high efficiency to control the weed in corn and soybean fields, flumiclora-pentyl was firstly synthesized by Sumitomo Chemical. Based on the traditional synthesis process, using p-fluorophenol as a starting material, a new synthesis process of flumiclora-pentyl was developed with several steps such as chlorination, etherification, nitrification, reduction and condensation. The yield of the product was 33%, and the purity was higher than 95%. The structures of the product and the intermediate were confirmed by Elementary Analysis, ^1H-NMR, MS and IR methods.
