摘 要:儿童发育性髋脱位是一种常见的疾病,传统的治疗手术基于二维X光片分析特征参数,手术过程中凭医生经验确定调整位置,手术的质量和效率都有较大的提升空间.针对这些问题,提出将图像处理、反求工程、快速成型等计算机辅助技术应用于医学中,与外科手术相结合,形成基于三维虚拟模型和生物模型的精确可控手术方案:即在模型上进行相关特征参数的精确提取,制订手术方案并进行手术预演,在此基础上设计和制造用于手术精确控制的辅助工具,使手术方案得到精确实施.初步应用表明,通过实施精确可控手术方案治疗小儿发育性髋脱位,可以有效提高手术的质量和效率.The development dysphasia of the hip (DDH) is an illness commonly found among children. In the conventional treatment to DDH, the modification of the bone position is based on the analysis of feature parameters to 2D X-ray photo and the surgical result is highly dependent upon surgeon's personal experience. Thus, the quality and efficiency of the surgery is yet to be improved. Aiming at this problem, some computer aided techniques, such as image processing, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping are applied to combine with surgery to construct precise and controllable surgery method based on 3D virtual model and bio-model. With this method, the feature parameters are first precisely obtained from virtual model and bio-model. The operation schedule is then made and pre-operated. At last the aided tools needed in the practical surgery are designed and manufactured. The applications in the surgery of DDH demonstrate that the method can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of surgery.
