摘  要:用正交试验方法分析了苯胺浓度、进料温度和停留时间等对螺旋管式苯胺重氮化反应工艺的影响,并着重试验了进料温度因素对反应的影响.试验在无强制冷却的室温条件下进行,其中苯胺浓度为0.5~2mol/L,进料温度为5~50℃、停留时间为2.3~33.1s.试验结果表明,在苯胺浓度为1mol/L,进料温度为25℃,停留时间为11s时反应转化率达92.4%;苯胺浓度、进料温度、停留时间对反应影响程度各不相同,其中进料温度的影响最大,停留时间次之,苯胺浓度高于1.5mol/L后,对反应影响加剧,导致反应异常;从进料温度对反应的影响试验分析可得,反应转化率最高的进料温度在20~30℃之间.The influence of aniline concentration, feeding temperature and residence time on aniline diazotization in a spiral reactor was analyzed with orthogonal test and, in particular, the influence of feeding temperature was tested. Experiment was carried out under the condition of room temperature without artificial cooling and range of aniline concentration, feeding temperature, and residence time was 0. 542 mol/L, 5-50℃, and 2.3-33.1 s respectively. The results revealed that the conversion was 92.4 % when aniline concentration was 1 mol/L, feeding temperature was 25 ℃ and residence time was 11 s. With feeding temperature being the main factor, the effect of residence time decreases successively. The diazotization anomalies could be caused at aniline concentration above 1.5 mol/L. The proper feeding temperature which can lead to the highest conversion was 20-30 ℃.
