摘  要:针对生产蜂窝纸芯中存在着不同胶边距造成非正六边形结构的现象,提出了基于虚拟仿真的不同胶边值对蜂窝纸动态缓冲性能的影响.建立几种具有代表性的不同胶边值的蜂窝纸模型,导入有限元软件MSC.Patran/Nastran设置相应的蜂窝纸材料参数,并运用模态分析技术生成蜂窝纸柔性体文件,在动力学仿真软件MSC.adams实现刚体和柔性体结合的动态缓冲分析,并得到相应的分析结果,为以后上胶设备的设计和蜂窝纸性能检测要求提供帮助.The anomalistic hexagon structure existing in the honeycomb paperboard core has an effect on its compressing and cushioning characteristics. The shock absorbing characteristics of the honeycomb paperboard are investigated under Virtual Simulation. Some typical models and honeycomb paperboard parameters have first been set up and introduced into MSC. Patran. The intermediate document-mnf through calculating in MSC. nastran is then imported to MSC. ADAMS, where analytical models is to be established. At last, some results have been obtained, which is helpful to further analyze its performance and design new glue applicator.
