摘　　要：灰色系统理论是一种研究少数据、贫信息不确定性问题的新方法.供应商管理库存(VMI)是最先进的供应链库存管理模式,也是供应链发展的重要方向.分析了供应商管理库存(VMI)环境下现有发货策略,针对现有策略根据当前需求确定库存量的问题,根据灰色理论对零售商需求进行预测,并依据零售商的长期需求对发货策略进行分析,确定成本最小化的供应商的库存量.根据零售商未来需求确定供应商库存量更符合企业的实际要求,提高了企业决策的准确性.The grey system theory is a kind of new studies focusing on the system with few data, poor information, and uncertainty question. Vendor Management Inventory（VMI） system is one most advanced management pattern in the management of supply chain inventory. It is also an important development direction for the supply chain management. The existing shipment strategy in the VIM system is analyzed in this paper. According to the forecast of retailer＇s requirement in grey theory and the retailer＇s long-term demands, the shipping strategy is analyzed and the inventory with minimum cost is determined. It will more satisfy the actual requirement in enterprise that the inventory is determined according to the long-time demand in enterprises . It can improve the decision-making accuracy in enterprises.
