珠江三角洲都市经济区的发展特征分析

摘　　要：随着城市化进程和经济全球化的不断推进,人口和产业向特定地区集聚的趋势越来越明显,城镇密集地区已经成为参与全球竞争的主要单元。结合新一轮全国国土规划和主体功能区划,提出了都市经济区的新概念。珠江三角洲地区是发育比较成熟的都市经济区,在全国乃至世界经济体系中的地位越来越重要。运用地理信息系统和数据统计分析,从不同角度分析了珠三角都市经济区的现状特征。发现珠三角地区网络化的发展态势越来越明显,空间发展集中连片,呈现圈层式的发展特征。受内外因素的影响,珠三角都市经济区面临的区域竞争日趋剧烈,区域空间结构也需要不断优化整合。加强珠三角都市经济区的空间管理和优化调控成为当前面临的一个重要课题。With the rapid development of urbanization and economic globalization, population and industries will become concentrated in some special areas, which leads to city-and-town concentration as a main spatial unit to take part in the global competition. Based on the new national land planning and national major function oriented zoning, the concept of the extended metropolitan region has been suggested. PRD is one of rather mature extended metropolitan region in China, which has become an important region in China or in global economy system. Using ArcGIS and data statistics analyses, present characteristics are analyzed from different perspectives. There are some new findings from this paper： it is obvious that PRD is forming a spatial network, and spatial expansion is becoming concentrative and continuous, appearing in a circle-like development. Affected by internal and external factors, the regional spatial structure of the extended metropolitan region in PRD needs to adjust to enhance the competitiveness of the region. Strengthening spatial management and optimization control have become an important task for the extended metropolitan region of PRD.
