髂前上棘骨髓腔穿刺输液在有吸毒史的急诊患者中的抢救应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨经髂前上棘骨髓腔穿刺输液法用于有吸毒史的急诊患者的效果。方法:快速评估出有吸毒史的急诊患者45例,进行骨髓腔穿刺输液,并给予抢救用药。结果:全部患者操作时间在45s到150s,平均用时85s。输液速度最快可达56ml/min(加压)。结论:经髂前上棘骨髓腔穿刺输液在危重患者急救中是一条快速、安全、有效的输液通路,应用于吸毒患者身上不仅容易操作,也为抢救赢得了时间,同时也保护了医务人员,给患者生存的信心。Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of marrow cavity infusion pricking through anterior superior iliac spine as emergency treatment in critical patients who had history of drug abuse. Methods：45 cases of the critical patient who had history of drug abuse were evaluated and picked out quickly; marrow cavity infusion was adopted and some salvage medicines were applied. Results ：All the transfusions were finshed within forty five to one hundred and fifty seconds （average eighty five seconds）. The maximum transfusion rate might reach to fifty six milliliters per minute when pressure was added. Conclusion：Marrow cavity infusion through anterior superior iliac spine was a quick, safe and effective transfusion path of emergency treatment to critical patient. The method applied drug addicts is not only easy to operate but also can gain salvage time; meanwhile, it can protect medical practitioner and can give survival confidence to patients.
