摘　　要：目前高校的人才培养模式基本分为研究型、通识型、复合型、应用型和技能型等类型。分析了我国高等农业院校人才培养模式的现状,指出高等农业院校采用应用和研究型相结合的人才培养模式的必要性,并对此模式体系进行了探索。The personnel training mode in university was divided into research-oriented, general knowledge-oriented, compound-oriented, application-oriented and skill-orlented. The current situation of the personnel training mode in Chinese agricultural universities was analyzed, and the necessity of cultivating application-oriented and research-oriented talents was put forward, and the modes were discussed.
