摘 要:洗煤废水水量较大,色度大,污染性强。文章分别考察阴离子型、非离子型、阳离子型三种有机高分子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂对废水的处理效果,发现都不是非常理想。然而,如果将无机凝聚剂与这三种有机高分子絮凝剂复配使用,效果很好;有机高分子絮凝剂用量少,产生絮体时间短,矾花大而实,沉降快。通过实验得出适宜的絮凝条件:100 mL废水阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺的投加量0.001 g,硫酸钠为0.06 g,pH为9.7,搅拌时间为20 min。在此条件下碱厂废水COD去除率达到80.5%。废水的色度去除率为92.9%。Coal washing wastewater was characterized by great quantity, strong chromaticity and serious pollution to the environment. Obtained suitable flocculation condition through the experiment: the 100 mL waste water anion polyacrylamide throws increment 0.01 g, the sodium sulfate was 0.06 g, pH was 9.7, the mixing time was 20 min. Alkali factory waste water COD elimination rate achieved 80.5 %. The elimination rate of the waste water' chromaticity was 92.9 %.
