摘 要:针对QBZ-63、80、120/660(380)F起动器在井下使用中出现的问题,采用了软、硬件起动结合的方法进行技术改造,不仅实现主、备扇之间可靠闭锁,而且通过外围显示电路、通讯接口电路等,对设备运行状况实时监控,使之具有瓦斯电闭锁、风电闭锁、数字汉显、记忆、相互通讯等多功能的智能起动器。经煤矿试用表明:设备运转良好,动作准确可靠。QBZ-63, by the start-up method monitor real-timely the 80,120/660 (380) F starter is altered because of its problems in operation underground, of combining software and hardware. The starter is as a multi-functional intelligent starter to working equipment through the external circuit, communications interface circuits. It not only achieves to interlock between main and standby fans, but also realizes the interlocking between circuit and methane breaker, the Chinese characters shown, the memory, the interactive communication, and so on. The tryout in coal mine shows that the starter works well, accurately and reliably.
