异氰酸酯封端丁二醇的制备及其对纸张性能的影响

摘　　要：利用二正丁胺法,探讨了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)与丁二醇(BDO)的反应工艺;并考察了合成产物对纸张物理性能的影响。研究结果表明:TDI-BDO最佳合成工艺为:-NCO/-OH摩尔比为3∶1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为1h。当聚合物溶液质量分数为10%,熟化温度在100℃附近,熟化30min,纸张的干强度达到了原纸的137%,湿干强比达到了22.51%,具有良好的增强效果。The process of the synthesis of TDI-BDO was investigated by＂di-n-Butylamine-Toluene＂method; and its application as paper strengthening agent was researched. The results shows the best process of the synthesis is n（TDI）/n（BDO） of 3：1, reaction time of lh, and temperature of 60℃. On the conditions of dosage of TDI-BDO 10%, reaction time 30rain, and temperature about 100℃, the dry strength is raised to 137%, and wet strength/dry strength is 22.51%. The treatment enhance the paper＇s physical strength, especially the wet strength.
