摘  要:选用玉米淀粉为原料,过氧化氢为氧化剂,以L16(44)正交试验法为基础,讨论了氧化剂用量、pH值、催化剂用量和反应温度对淀粉氧化程度的影响;进一步将氧化淀粉应用于瓦楞原纸的表面施胶中,着重分析了淀粉的氧化程度对瓦楞纸抗张强度、环压强度的影响。结果表明,在过氧化氢用量为7%、pH值7、反应温度55℃、不添加催化剂时,可得到羧基含量为0.478%的氧化淀粉。表面施胶实验发现,羧基含量适中的氧化淀粉比高羧基含量的氧化淀粉表现出了更好的表面施胶性能。The influencing factors of oxidant dosage, pH value, temperature, catalyst dosage were studied with taking corn stareh as material, peroxide as oxidant to do orthogonal experiments. Further, the oxidized starch with different oxidation degree as surface sizing agent applied to eorrngated medium, analyzes the effeet of starch's oxidation degree on ring stiffness and tensile. The optimum conditions were: hydrogen peroxide charge 7%, reaction temperature at 55~C, pH 7. The carboxylie content of oxidized starch was 0.478%. Comparing the surface sizing results of oxidized starch with high carboxylic eontent and low carboxylic content, the result showed that oxidized starch with low carboxylic content was a high effeetive surface sizing agent.
