摘  要:不同材料的板件连接技术对开发钢铝一体化车身结构至关重要。机械连接技术是连接异种金属的新方法,通过试验方法,研究影响机械连接接头剪切强度与剥离强度的因素,这些因素包括冲头尺寸、异种金属板材的放置次序、板材厚度、连接接头直径等,得到了接头最大剪切力与最大剥离力随这些因素变化的规律,这些因素的影响从大到小依次为冲头尺寸、异种金属板材的放置次序、板材厚度、连接接头直径。研究结果为设计出优质的钢与铝机械连接接头提供了依据。It is very important for developing the steel-aluminum hybrid structure car body to study the join technologies between various material plates. Mechanical clinching is a new way used in jointing dissimilar metals in car body. The Tog-L-lot sheet metal joining system is mechanical clinching. This paper investigates some factors such as punch size, joint bottom diameter, sheet thickness, dissimilar sheet sequence on the shearing intension and peeling intension of the joints produced by the Tog-L-loc sheet metal joining system through the orthogonal test method. The degree of influence of the factors has such an order that the punch size, the dissimilar sheets sequence, the sheet thickness, the joint bottom diameter. The research results can provide the criterion for designing the excellent joints between dissimilar metals in the process of developing the steel-aluminum hybrid structure car body.
