摘  要:快速热循环注塑成型技术(Rapid Heating CycleMolding,RHCM)是一种新兴的注塑技术,能够消除塑件表面熔痕、流线、银线等缺陷,塑件表面达到镜面效果,可消除污染严重的喷涂工艺。该文以大型液晶平板电视机面板为例,建立了RHCM注塑模具的传热分析模型,给出了RHCM模具的几种加热和冷却管道的布局结构,并通过对不同结构模具型腔表面加热和冷却分析,讨论了影响型腔温度分布的主要因素及其规律,并选定了一种较优的管道布局方式,在实际生产中得到了很好的应用。Rapid Heating Cycle Molding (RHCM) is a novel plastic injection molding method. It can be used effectively to eliminate the many problems on polymer molding, such as weld mark, flow mark, poor surface transcription of products which are usually very difficult to solve. In this paper, the front shell of a large-size plat-panel TV was taken as an example, a thermal analysis mathematical model for RHCM injection mold was established. Several different kinds of layouts of heating and cooling channels in injection mold were presented. The temperature distributions on the mold cavity surface for different channel layouts were analyzed. The influence of process parameters on the temperature distribution of the mold surface were discussed as well. At last, an optimal channel layout was determined and the practical production application demonstrated its effectiveness.
