摘　　要：科技创新对经济增长的作用日益重要,逐步成为经济可持续发展的基础。因此,必须着力推进科技创新,加快经济发展方式转变。同时,更应结合我国的特定历史阶段和发展目标,注重引导科技创新走向,以统筹经济社会协调发展为目标,以缓解资源、能源和环境的瓶颈制约为纽带,以实现传统农业向现代农业转变为重点,以推动传统产业改造升级、提升竞争力为核心。The technical innovation plays an increasingly important role for economic growth, which gradually becomes the foundation of a sustainable economy development. Therefore, we must lay great importance to drive the technology innovation to speed up the transformation of economy development. At the same time, we should combine Chinese specific historical stage and the development targets. We should pay attention to the guidance of the science and technology innovation trend, setting the goal of harmonious development of economy and society, alleviating the bottleneck among resources, energy and environment, fulfilling the critical target of the transition from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture, stimulating the upgrade of traditional industry to enhance their competitiveness.
