摘 要:针对超高密度高温钻井液固相含量高、流变性难以控制这一难题,实验研究了膨润土浆流变性的影响规律,然后以新研制的超高密度高温钻井液为对象,研究了重晶石粒度级配与自由水含量对其流变性的影响,并通过正交实验对超高密度高温钻井液配方进行了优化。研究表明,配制超高密度钻井液需要严格控制膨润土用量;重晶石的粒度分布明显影响钻井液的流变性和滤失性;自由水含量与钻井液的黏度紧密相关,重晶石加量对自由水含量影响最大。The rheology of a high density mud at high temperatures is very difficult to control because of the high solids content.Experiments were conducted to ascertain the effect of the bentonite concentration,pH,aging temperatures on the rheology and solid particle size distribution,and the effect of barite particle sizes on the rheology of high density high temperature bentonite mud.Other factors studied included the effect of the concentrations of bentonite,high molecular weight polymer and barite on the free water content of bentonite mud.It is concluded that as the increase in fine particle weighting material in mud,the viscosity first decreases,followed by an increase,while the yield point decreases gradually.The concentration of barite is the most important influencing factor of free water content,which is closely related to mud viscosity.
