摘 要:目前中国油田套管损坏井日渐增多,研究人员对水泥环长期力学性能的研究主要集中在延缓和减少外挤载荷对套管的作用,改善套管的受力状况,而忽略了这些载荷对水泥环完整性(有效密封性)的影响。从维护水泥环本身的完整性出发,根据套管-水泥环系统受力情况建立平面力学分析模型,以弹性力学厚壁筒理论为基础,建立了水泥环破坏的判定依据,分析了套管内压和水泥环的弹性模量对水泥环完整性的影响。结果表明,提高水泥石的抗拉强度和降低水泥石的弹性模量,均可在保持水泥环完整性的情况下,大幅提高水泥环在套管试压过程中的承压能力。A research was conducted on the influence of casing pressure testing on the integrity of cement sheath.Other researches conducted in the past only concentrated on casing strings,little attention had been paid to the integrity of cement sheath.Focused on the cement sheath integrity,a plane mechanical model was established to analyze the mechanical performance of the casing-cement sheath.A cement sheath failure criterion was presented based on the elastic mechanics of thick-walled well bores.The analysis of the influences of the inner pressure of casing strings and the elastic modulus of cement sheaths on the integrity of cement sheath concluded that the compressive capacity of cement sheath during casing testing can be greatly enhanced with an increase in the tensile strength or a decrease in the elastic modulus of cement sheath,and the integrity of cement sheath can be maintained during the testing.
