摘  要:塔里木东河油田的水平井平均井深为6350 m,目的层位为石炭系。该地区地质构造复杂、裂缝发育、井底温度高、地层压力系数低、井壁易垮塌掉块。这些水平井井斜、方位变化大,水平位移长,油层固井采用水平井复合套管双级注水泥工艺,封固段长,且间隙小。针对该地区特点,选用了兰德LANDY806L系列外加剂。油层一级固井水泥浆采用具有低失水、零析水、防气窜、早强等特性的加有硅粉和微硅的抗高温水泥浆;二级固井水泥浆采用添加微硅和漂珠的防漏低密度水泥浆,同时使用配套的水平段套管漂浮技术、套管扶正措施以及先导浆、冲洗液和加重隔离液多级前置液体系等综合固井技术措施。该套固井技术在DH1-H9等多口井中的应用效果良好、固井质量优质,成功地解决了东河油田超深水平井固井技术难题。Horizontal wells drilled in block Donghe(Tarim Basin) have an average depth of 6,350m,with their targets located in the Carboniferous formation.The formation geology in this area is very complicated.Fractures,high bottom hole temperatures,low formation pressures and hole instability were all experienced in the past drilling history.The hole angles and azimuths of these wells changed frequently.The long,narrow-clearance(horizontal) reservoir section was cemented with two-stage technique.In the first stage,a high-temperature cement slurry treated with silica flour was used.This cement slurry had low filtration rate,zero free water and early strengthening capacity.Gas channeling was completely avoided using this slurry.In the second stage,a low-density cement slurry treated with silica flour and floating beads was used,combined with cementing operation technology such as casing floating,casing centralizing,flushing fluid and leading cement slurry etc.Several ultra deep horizontal wells were cemented successfully.
