摘 要:土库曼斯坦尤拉屯地区15、16气探井盐膏层属上侏罗系克里米得氏组,埋深约为3400-4000m,地层温度、压力都很高,且含高压盐水、天然气和H2S,钻井风险极大。研究应用了高密度(2.40g/cm^3)KCl/饱和盐水聚磺钻井液,该钻井液克服了高压盐水侵、天然气气侵溢流以及盐膏层蠕动而引起的多次井下复杂情况,如多次发生井漏失返、溢流、阻卡等,充分满足了该盐膏层井段地层特性和安全钻井对钻井液技术的要求;同时对尤拉屯气田盐膏层地质特性有了更进一步的认识,为顺利完成土库曼斯坦钻井项目提供了关镩特术.Two gas wells were drilled in the Yunatu gas field(Turkmenistan).Salt/gypsum zones were encountered in the upper Jurassic formation at depths between 3,400~4,000 m.Hole temperatures and formation pressures are high in these zones and high pressure salt water,natural gas and H2S imposed great challenges to th success of the drilling operation.Based on careful analysis of the past operation experiences a high density(2.4 g/cm3) KCl saturated polymer mud was selected for drilling these zones.Mud losses,kicks,drags and pipe sticking,which were frequently experienced in the past,were greatly minimized.This drilling fluid technology was considered the key technology in the exploration of the Yunatu gas field.
