潜山尾管固井技术探索与实践

摘　　要：潜山油藏已进入开发中后期，地层压力系数降低到了0．90以下，采用尾管固井完井是实现分层开采的有效措施之一。多数井在潜山油层钻进过程中发生了井漏，因此要使固井质量达到要求，首先必须解决漏失问题，然后使用具有低失水、低析水、双凝性能的低密度防漏水泥浆固井。对于非开放性裂缝型漏失井，采用6％-8％复合堵漏剂进行堵漏，能建立循环后再用6％-8％超低渗处理剂和2％-4％弹性堵漏剂进行挤堵，当地层承压能力达到要求后即可采用常规方法固井。对于开放性裂缝型漏失井，可直接用7％水化膨胀复合堵漏剂加4％超低渗处理剂进行挤堵，且挤注压力不易太高，只要能建立循环即可用低密度双凝防漏水泥浆进行固井作业。对于溶洞型漏失井，可先采用特殊工艺封堵溶洞，再用桥堵方法堵漏，然后再进行固井作业。该套潜山尾管固井工艺技术应用了4口井，均达到了分层开采的目的。In the middle or later development of buried hill reservoirs,formation pressures drop down to 0.90 or lower,and liner cementing and completion technology provide a solution for zonal withdrawal of these depleted reservoirs.Lost circulation is the most frequent problem encountered in Buried hill drilling,and hence,to have a high quality cementing job,lost circulation should be first controlled.For mud losses to non-communicated fractures,6%~8% complex LCM is first applied to stop the mud loss,and 6%~8% ultra low permeability additives and 2%~4% elastic LCM are then added after the regain of circulation.Cementing job can be conducted when the formation has gained enough compressive strength.For mud losses to opening fractures,7% swelling complex LCM plus 4% ultra low permeability additive are squeezed with moderate pressures into the fractures to stop mud losses.Immediately after the regaining of circulation,a low-density gel cement slurry can be used to cement the hole.If mud is lost into karst caves,special technology should be used first to seal off caves,followed by mud losses control with bridging and plugging techniques.When mud losses are completely under control the well can be cemented with care.This cementing technology are successfully applied in four wells,which are zonal withdrawn.
