摘 要:长庆靖边气田主要目的层为奥陶系灰岩,钻井过程中灰岩钻屑容易混入钻井液中,形成的滤饼含有大量的碳酸盐成分。GP25-17井入窗过程中进行滑动增斜钻进时发生卡钻故障,先后采用大吨活动钻具、泡柴油、泡解卡液和泡原油等措施,没有取得解卡效果。分析钻具阻卡段位于奥陶系灰岩地层,采用了泡盐酸解卡作业,只浸泡了15min就成功地解除了卡钻故障。这次通过泡酸成功解除卡钻故障的作业为今后类似卡钻事故的处理寻找了一条新的解决方法。The target of the JingBian Gas Field(Changqing) is the Ordovician limestone formations cuttings from which become part of the mud cakes and make the cake quality very bad.This leads to some downhole problems such as pipe sticking,especially in horizontal wells.For example,in well GP25-17,stuck pipe was experienced immediately before drilling into the horizontal section with slide drilling.Measurements such as moving and rotating drill pipes,soaking diesel oil and spotting fluids and even crude oil were taken but failed.Finally acid soaking was adopted because the stuck position was considered in the limestone section and it proved successful.The stuck pipes were released after 15 minutes of soaking.This operation provides a guideline for similar problems encountered in this area.
