摘　　要：本文介绍了一种采用激光和ＣＣＤ光电子技术非接触三维曲面快速自动测量方法。阐述了该测量法的光学三角几何学测量原理。介绍了利用这种测量系统的配置，测量过程和测量数据采集与处理。用该测量系统对轿车模型作了实验测量，并取得了良好的实验结果，不仅生成了轿车模型的三维曲面立体图形，而且与实际模型基本吻合。In this thesis we make a study of the theoretical models and calculational method for laser therapy of cancer by vaporizing and heat-killing treatment with way of light-transmissive fibre.The calculative data of three kinds of thermal-effective laser often used into clinic have been listed.Based on the characteristics of vaporizing and heat-killing,we divide the thermal conduction of laser interacting on biological tissue into three sub-processes,and set up corresponding models.In order to control and decide the range of vaporific area at the surface of the fibre,we have proved in theory that it has to regulate power density of laser with the division of radiative time into two sections.The theoretical method to choose safety and efficient density of laser power has been given out in this paper,also the methods to determine radiative time and the edge of heat-killed tissue of cancer.We try working out a solution for the difficult problem of how to prevent the cancer cells from sputtering or metastasizing after the centre of cancer tissue evaporated.Thereby the theoretical basis of thermal conduction caused by continuative laser interacting on biological tissue has been founded.
