不同剂量阿司匹林抗血小板治疗老年冠心病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年冠心病患者不同时间间隔,服用不同剂量阿司匹林抗血小板的疗效和安全性。方法120例老年冠心病患者随机分成6组:阿司匹林75mg,每天一次(75mg/qd)组,阿司匹林100mg,隔天一次(100mg/qod)组,阿司匹林100mg,每天一次(100mg/qd)组,阿司匹林150mg,隔天一次(150mg/qod)组,阿司匹林150mg,每天一次(150mg/qd)组,对照组。服药7d后,观察服药前后各组血小板聚集率、白细胞、血小板数目、止凝血指标的变化。结果与对照组比较,各组对血小板聚集有显著的抑制作用。组间比较,阿司匹林75mg/qd和阿司匹林100mg/qod;阿司匹林100mg/qd和阿司匹林150mg/doq比较,服药前后血小板聚集率的差值无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组服药前、7d后白细胞、血小板数目、止凝血指标无显著变化(P>0.05)。阿司匹林75mg/qd组与阿司匹林150mg/qd组比较,服药7d后血小板聚集率差异显著(P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病患者服用阿司匹林75mg/qd和阿司匹林100mg/qod能起到同样抗血小板作用;同样阿司匹林100mg/qd和阿司匹林150mg/qod抗血小板的疗效相同,且较安全。Objective To study the effect and safety of different doses of aspirin at differem time intervals in elderly coronary heart disease （CHD） patients. Methods 120 elderly CHD patients were randomly divided into aspirin 75 mg daily, aspirin 100 mg every another day, aspirin 100 mg daily, aspirin 150 mg every another day, aspirin 150 mg daily and placebo groups. The treatment was continued for sev- en days. Before and after the treatment, the platelet aggregation rate, the number of white blood cell （WBC） and platelet and coagulation were tested. Results The platelet aggregation rate was significantly inhibited in aspirin treatment groups comparing with that in placebo group （P 〈0. 05） ,and it was not different between aspirin 75 mg daily group and 100 mg every another day group, between aspirin 100 mg daily group and 150 mg daily group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. The number of WBC, platelet and coagulation after treated 7 days was not different with pro-treated. Conclusions Aspirin both 75 mg daily and 100 mg every another clay have the equal effect of anti-platelet aggregation definitely and safely in elderly CHD patients. So do aspirin 100 mg daily and 150 mg every another day treatment.
