摘  要:研究了不同成熟度河南南阳烤烟烟叶中质体色素及其降解产物含量变化的结果表明:(1)烟叶中叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量随成熟度的提高呈下降趋势。(2)未熟到成熟的南阳烟区中部叶中,叶绿素降解产物新植二烯含量逐渐下降,成熟时最低,之后又有回升的趋势;类胡萝卜素降解产物含量的变化随成熟度的进度呈现不同的变化规律。The changes of chromoplast pigment and its degradation products contents were studied in different maturities leaves of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum). The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll and carotenoids were reduced with increasing maturity of leaves. Neophytadiene was a degradation product of chlorophyll. The contents of neophytadiene in the cutters ranging from immaturity to ripe decreased with the increasing maturity. The lowest level of neophytadiene was detected at the ripe stage of leaves. The level of neophytadiene rised again at the over ripe stage of leaves. The degradation products of carotenoids presented different variation patterns with the increasing maturity of flue-cured tobacco leaves.
