摘　　要：网络优化技术是工程管理的核心技术,在现代工程中有着广泛的应用,在工期长、工序多的复杂工程管理中尤为重要。工程管理的主要任务是筹划如何缩短工期、节约成本。通常,AOE网可以用来估算工程的完成时间,分析AOE网中关键路径的目的是找出关键活动,以便争取提高关键活动的功效,缩短工期。本文给出了AOE网和关键路径的一些基础知识,介绍了关键路径的思想并给出其在计算机上实现的源程序,论述了关键路径在现代工程中的应用思想并给出几个例子。AOE network has .First introduce AOE network and critical path, and then give the definition of critical thinking and the path algorithm, critical Path on the realization of the source procesure on computer. Given a project to use critical path thinking to make a corresponding network, calculate the various time parameters used by the critical path.Calculate all the trails from the starting point to destination to find out the critical path, and illustrate the critical path thinking in the modem industrial application.
