我国合同研究组织发展态势思考

摘　　要：在全球医药产业一体化进程中,新药研发作为医药产业链上至关重要的上游环节,逐步向全球各新兴市场转移。国际大型制药企业通过合同研究组织(Contract Research Organization,CRO)将研发外包出去。如何使国内CRO在国际市场上更具竞争力是提升我国制药产业重要的一步。通过对国际市场和我国CRO产业的态势分析,笔者认为对部分企业来说,CRO联盟是一种有效的形式,并提出了对CRO联盟进行有效管理的建议。In the global integration process, in the pharmaceutical industry, research and development （R＆D） of new drug is transferring to global burgeoning markets, as large international pharmaceutical enterprises outsource their R＆D via CRO. How to make domestic CRO companies more competitive is an impgrtant step to enhance the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. In consideration of the current status of CRO market, the CRO union is probably an effective form for some companies, This study has made some proposals of effective management for CRO.
