摘　　要：[目的]了解珠海市市场销售蔬菜中农药残留现状,为政府有关部门制定农药相关问题控制措施提供基础数据。[方法]于2005～2007年从农贸市场采集80份各类蔬菜样品,采用国家标准检测方法中气相色谱法进行有机磷类、拟除虫菊酯类、氨基甲酸酯类农药残留检测;依据GB2763-2005《食品中农药最大残留限量》,进行限量值评价。[结果]80份样品中检出农药残留的样品有51份,检出率为63.75%;非法使用农药的样品有44份,占农残检出样品的86.27%,占调查样品的55.00%;多种农药残留的样品有22份,占农残检出样品的43.14%,占调查样品的27.50%。涉及有机磷、拟除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯3大类共21种农药,非法使用农药有以下情况:国家禁用农药在使用,存在限用农药超范围使用情况,国家允许使用的农药超过国家标准最大允许限量(MRL值)。[结论]珠海市农贸市场销售的蔬菜中农药残留情况较为严重,叶菜类蔬菜的农药使用问题最突出;存在非法使用国家禁用和限用农药、多种农药联合使用等现象,政府有关部门应加强管理。[ Objective ] To investigate the actuality of pesticide residues in vegetable in Zhuhai City, so as to provide basic data for government to establish manipulative measures about pesticide. [ Methods] 80 vegetable samples were collected fiom markets during 2005 to 2007. The orgnaophosphorus, pyrethroid and earbamate pesticide residues in foods were determined based on national standards, and estimated based on the GB 2763-2005 ＇Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food＇. [ Resuits] In 80 samples, 51 samples were detected to have pesticide residues, the detection rate was 63.75%; 44 samples which pesticide illegal used were detected, accounted for 86.27% in samples which were detected pesticide residues, also for 55.00% in all samples. 22 samples which pesticide multiresidues were detected accounted for 43.14% in samples which were detected pesticide residues, as well as for 27.50% in all samples. There were 21 kinds of pesticide related to organophosphorus, pyrethroid and earbamate pesticides. Phenomena of pesticide illegal used like these ： national forbidden and limiting pesticides, exceeding the limit of pesticide, national allowed pesticides exceeding the maximum residue limits. [Conclusion] Residue of pesticide in vegetable in Zhuhai was serious, the Uses of pesticides in foliaeeous vegetable were more serious; The bad phenomenon was existed, including forbidden or limiting use of pesticides and pesticide multiresidues, so management must be enhanced by government.
