从业人员肝功能检测项目与频次的调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查研究中华人民共和国从业人员预防性健康检查肝功能检查项目与频次,为我国制定切实可行的健康检查项目与频次提供科学依据。[方法]采用连续监测速率法测定血清中ALT活性,ELISA方法检测血清中HBsAg和HBeAg,对阳性者进行走访调查。[结果]ALT活性升高并非都是HBV感染;HBsAg阳性者都是新聘用的初检人员。[结论]ALT检测项目对预防肝脏传染病没有现实意义,应从肝功能检查项目中删去;用人单位只要严格执行持证上岗,从业人员中的HBV传染源可以得到切断。从而,应将中华人民共和国从业人员预防性HBsAg健康筛查一年一次的惯例,修订为检测的间隔时间一般不应少于两年。[Objective] The investigation and study the practical staff preventive automatic system checkout program examination project and the frequency of liver function in China, in order to provide scientific basis for formulate the practical and feasible preventive automatic systenl checkout program examination project and the frequeney in our country. [ Methods] Use the continuous monitoring speed law determination blood serum ALT activity. And double antibody-sandwiched enzyme linked immunoassay assay ELISA was used for detection of HBsAg and HbeAg. The practical staff who being infected wew followed up. [Results] The ALT activity raised was not actually due to HBV influence, and the HBsAg masculine gentler all was hires newly initially examines personnel. [Conclusion]The examination project of ALT does not has its real meaning in the protection of liver infectious disease, So the ALT inspection should obliterate from the examinatian project. In order to control the epidemic of HBV among population and prevent the infections source of Hepatitis B among the practicing staff. The departments that employ the workers must carry out the regulation, and the staff who had not has the health certificates cannot work. Thereby, according to the ministry of public health in China, the preventive cheek-up of HBVof practicing staff was carried out biyearly instead of annually in usual at least.
