摘　　要：探讨了在鉴定与加固设计中对不同目标使用期的可变作用按照等概率水准原则的修正及在加固设计中应注意的一些其他问题,从而使考虑不同目标使用期的鉴定验算与加固设计更为经济合理。It discusses the revision of the variable function of different target use life according to equivalent standard principle in the appraisal and strengthening design and also discuxses some other things that need paying attention in the strengthening design, so as to make the appraisal checking and the strengthening design of different target use life more economic and reasonable.
