摘　　要：针对汶川地震中砖混结构民用住宅的破坏特点,总结了加固过程中主要存在的问题和其产生的原因,并根据实际情况给出了相应的加固方案,指出加固设计应从结构整体出发,在对局部进行加固维修的同时要注意对结构整体的影响,避免形成新的薄弱环节。Aiming at the damage characteristics of the residential houses with the brick-concrete structure in Wenchuan earthquake, the paper sums up the main problems in the consolidation process and reasons, provides respective schemes according to the facts, points out the consolidation design should start from the structural wholeness, so the partial parts should be consolidated and maintained, meanwhile its effects on the structural wholeness should also be considered, in order to avoid the newly weak links.
