摘　　要：本文研究了新型BY粘结剂在型砂中的应用。分析了BY粘结剂对型砂性能的影响,并通过正交试验和单因素试验,找出了膨润土、BY粘结剂、水分和煤粉四种原材料在型砂中的最佳配比;探讨了BY粘结剂的经济效益。对BY粘结剂广泛用于铸造生产做了大量工作。The application of new BY binder in molding sand was studied. The influences of BY binder on molding sand properties was analysed sysemically and the best proportion BY of bentonite,BY binder,moisture content and coal dust is found by integrative element experiments and singleelement experiments. The economic efficacy of BY binder has been investigated. A great number of basic work for BYbinder application in, casting production has been studied.
