摘　　要：目的探讨瞳孔夹持合并后发性白内障的护理措施,以达到巩固治疗、促进康复的目的。方法对12例(12眼)中10例瞳孔区人工晶状体光学面完全夹持、2例人工晶状体光学面大部分夹持的患者进行术前、术后的护理。手术将后囊膜中心切开,前部玻璃体切除,人工晶状体光学面嵌入后囊后。结果术后近期人工晶状体前出现絮状渗出者3例,低眼压者2例,随访半年以上所有病例视力均有不同程度提高。术前视力均在0.1以下,术后矫正视力在0.3～0.8之间。人工晶状体体部无倾斜,位置稳定,无其他并发症发生。结论瞳孔夹持的患者需二次手术,且预后效果不确定,在心理和经济上给患者造成一定的负担。通过术前充分准备、术后的病情观察及并发症的护理,对于巩固疗效、促进患者康复起到了关键的作用。Objective To investigate the nursing of pupillary capture combined with secondary cata ract in order to consolidate therapy and promote rehabilitation. Methods Twelve eyes were treated through secondary cataract extraction, anterior vitrectomy and optic capture of the intraocular lens. Ten eyes were intraocular lens pupillary capture completely,and the other 2 eyes were intraocular lens pupillary capture partly. Results After the operation,there were garrulous effusion in 3 eyes, and low intraocular pressure in 2 eyes. The vision acuity in all the eyes was increased after 6-month follow-up. The vision acuity was all under 0.1 before operation, but the vision acuity ranged from 0.3 to 0.8. The intraocular lens were not slant. There were no other syndromes. Conclusion It is necessary to receive the second operation for the patients with intraoeular lens pupillary capture. And the therapeutic effect is uncertain,which is tough for the patients mentally and economically. Sufficient preoperative preparation, postperative observation and nursing of postoperative complications play an important role in consolidating therapy and promoting rehabilitation.
