摘 要:液相荧光光谱和拉曼光谱的检测是常用而灵敏的检测技术,水作为常用溶剂对荧光光谱和拉曼光谱的影响直接影响检测的灵敏度。本文通过对纯水、无水乙醇及不同浓度乙醇溶液的荧光光谱和拉曼光谱进行理论和实验分析,研究水对乙醇溶液光谱的影响。结果表明,纯水在可见激发光激发下不产生荧光,对乙醇溶液的荧光光谱和拉曼光谱不产生影响;纯水产生拉曼光谱,对用拉曼光谱法检测乙醇浓度有影响。The detections of the fluorescence spectrum and Roman spectrum are used widely in liquid analysis as their excellent sensitivity.However,the influence of water to the above spectra reduces measuring accuracy.In this paper,theoretical and experimental study on influence of water,anhydrous ethand,and ethanol solution in different consistence to the fluorescence spectrum and Roman spectrum was carried out,respectively The results showed that pure water neither produced the fluorescence inspired by a visible laser nor affected the fluorescence spectrum and the Roman spectrum of an athanol solution.The pure water might produce the Roman spectrum,which can have effects to the method of measuring concentration of ethanol solution using Roman spectrum.
