摘　　要：基于Lotus Domino/Notes电子邮件为核心,构建的BS结构的黑龙江省政府公文无纸化传输系统。此方法已经成功运用在黑龙江省政府公文无纸化传输系统中,255个单位正常运行的结果表明该系统设计合理,方法优化,安全可靠。This system is based on Lotus Domino / Notes e-mail, which is a method of transmission that combines Sursen Peader with the layout and sea） technology to build the structure of the Heilongjiang provincial government official BS paperless system. This method has been successfully used in the province＇s transmission system paperless government documents. What＇ s more, up to 255 units＇ results show that the normal operation of the system is well designed, with optimization methods, both safe and reliable as well.
