摘　　要：简要概述了网络化制造的定义,分析了模具企业实施网络化制造的必要性,综述了国内外研究现状,结合模具企业的实际情况,提出搭建中小型模具网络化制造平台的基本方向。The definition of the Networked Manufacturing （NM） is introduced, the necessity of implement NM for Small and Middle Enterprise （SME） of die ＆ mold is discussed, and an overview of its research and development is given. Then research directions of the NM platform are proposed depending on the actually state of SME of die ＆ mold.
