摘  要:在节能减排长期国策下,未来电网企业的发展,关键洁发在展于机把制量)和最质具的发发展展潜有力机的地领统域一,其起重来心。实DS现M向作能为效C管DM理(转清移。提出了提高能效、促进环保的能源替代战略,销售产品与销售服务并重;从产品到服务再到衍生品,最后到产业链的市场发展之路。从转换思想观念、改革工作方法入手,在操作层面上下大力气,争取政府部门的政策支持,实现市场相关主体共赢格局。In the long-term national policy of energy conservation, the key of the future development of power network enterprises, lies in the organic unified development on the quantity and quality. DSM as the most potential growth in the CDM area, its emphasis achieves to transfer energy efficiency management. The energy resources substitution strategy of energy efficiency and environmental protection is put forward. It emphasizes that product sales are equal to sale services from product to service to the derivatives, to the end of the industrial chain of development. Conversion from the ideas and methods of reform starts at the operational level vigorously for government policy support in order to realize the main association of the market and win-win situation.
